ADHD, BPD, OCD, PTSD, CBT, GAD, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ASD, SUD, RRT—sometimes it feels like therapy comes with a mandatory alphabet soup to decode what’s weighing you down and how to lift it. At my core, I am a harm and suffering reductionist. I don’t have one glossy label for my approach. Instead, I draw from everything I’ve picked up: life’s messiness, years of training, and a relentless drive to scour the world (mostly figuratively) for whatever might make our time together more practical and impactful. Think of it as a toolbox of learned and earned wisdom, not a scripted manual.
I’m not a guru with all the answers, and that's not what therapy is about. What I offer is this: I’ll show up real, and partner with you to explore and or address what's going on, and help you to formulate solutions to what is troubling your mind. Together, we’ll breathe fresh insights and inspiration into strengthening your abilities to navigate life's experiences, we'll uncover new perspectives, possibilities, and intentions.
